Delivery & Returns
We ship within the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and the United States. Delivery within the EU, Poland and the UK is calculated automatically at checkout. Delivery to Switzerland, the United States and other countries is quoted individually: please email contact@boldandpanache.com and we will prepare a shipping quote. All our products are made to order — production times vary by category, followed by 2–5 business days’ courier delivery within the EU and 3–7 business days to the UK, Switzerland and the United States.
European Union (DDP)
DELIVERED DUTY PAID
Shipping cost: 30 EUR (130 PLN) flat rate, complimentary on orders of 800 EUR (3,400 PLN) or more — the same for every product.
All EU shipments are sent DDP — Bold & Panache handles VAT and customs. You pay nothing extra on delivery.
Poland
DOMESTIC DELIVERY
Shipping cost: 25 PLN (6 EUR) flat rate, complimentary on orders of 2,000 PLN (470 EUR) or more — the same for every product. Courier to the door.
United Kingdom (DAP)
DELIVERED AT PLACE
Shipping cost: 40 EUR (170 PLN) flat rate, complimentary on orders of 800 EUR (3,400 PLN) or more — the same for every product.
Since Brexit (2021), the United Kingdom is outside the EU. Goods shipped from Poland to the UK are exports. UK VAT (20%) and any applicable customs duties are paid by the buyer upon delivery — the courier will contact you with the amount due before final drop-off.
Important — table lamps to the UK: our table lamps are fitted with a standard EU plug. A standard EU-to-UK adapter is required for use in the UK (not included; widely available in stores and online). Pendants and wall lights require no changes — they are installed by an electrician directly to ceiling or wall wiring. The UK and EU share the same voltage (230V) and compatible lampholders (E14/E27).
Switzerland (DAP)

Shipping to Switzerland is quoted individually. Please email contact@boldandpanache.com with the pieces you are interested in, and we will reply within one business day with a shipping quote and all the details you need for your order.
Switzerland is outside the EU customs union — imported goods are subject to Swiss customs and VAT (8.1%), paid by the buyer upon delivery.
Table lamps require no plug adapter for Switzerland — Swiss sockets accept the standard EU Europlug (type C). Same voltage as the EU (230V).
United States (DAP)
DELIVERED AT PLACE
Shipping to the United States is quoted individually. Please email contact@boldandpanache.com with the pieces you are interested in, and we will reply within one business day with a shipping quote and all the details you need for your order. US import duties, taxes and any customs fees are paid by the buyer upon delivery. Prices and dimensions are the same as for all other markets.
Electrical specification: our lamps are made to European (CE) standards and are not UL or ETL listed. They are fitted with an E27 lampholder, which is compatible with standard US E26 bulbs. Please use locally sourced 120V bulbs. Pendants and wall lights are installed by a licensed electrician directly to ceiling or wall wiring. Table lamps are fitted with a standard EU plug, so an EU-to-US plug adapter is required (not included). Compliance with local building and electrical codes rests with the buyer.
E26 lampholder on request: if your project requires an E26 lampholder, we can fit one. Please contact us for a quote. Even with an E26 lampholder, the lamp is not certified to US standards.
Commercial and hospitality projects: some commercial projects require lighting to carry a recognised safety mark. In these cases, an on-site field evaluation can be arranged with an accredited US testing laboratory once the lamps are installed. We are happy to provide any technical information needed for this process.

For delivery to other countries, please email contact@boldandpanache.com and we will prepare a shipping quote for your order.
Fabric samples
For pendants, table lamps and shades, we’re happy to send a silk sample in your chosen colour. The sample itself is free — you only cover shipping: €5 within the EU, €15 outside the EU. Email contact@boldandpanache.com with the colour you’d like.
For cushions, the pattern runs across the whole fabric, so we don’t send individual samples — the product and lifestyle photos in our gallery and on Instagram give the best sense of pattern and colour.
Lead times
PRODUCTION & DISPATCH
All our products are made to order. Dispatch times (before handover to courier):
• Cushions: up to 3 weeks
• Lampshades: up to 4 weeks
• Table lamps: up to 4 weeks
• Pendants: up to 6 weeks
• Wall lights: up to 6 weeks
Courier delivery (after dispatch): 2–5 business days to the EU, 3–7 business days to the UK, Switzerland and the United States.
Packaging & insurance
All shipments are insured, at no cost to you. Lamps are packed in heavy-duty 5-ply cardboard boxes with padding, protected against transit damage. Cushions are packed in cardboard boxes.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please report it within 2 business days of receipt, with photos of the packaging and the damage, so that we can file a claim with the courier. Bold & Panache will replace or repair the product at no additional cost.
Returns & complaints
All Bold & Panache products are made to order. Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)), goods made to a consumer’s specification are excluded from the right of withdrawal — we do not accept returns.
Transit damage should be reported as described under Packaging & insurance. If you notice a production defect, please contact us at contact@boldandpanache.com — we will replace or repair the product at no additional cost, in accordance with your statutory rights.
