We begin crafting each piece only once an order has been placed, producing it to your chosen specification—whether that means the fabric, finish, colour, size, or other details specific to the design. Depending on the product, production takes up to six weeks.
Nothing is made for stock. Every lamp, every shade, every cushion is crafted only once it has found its owner. This is our response to overproduction in the world of design — and a way of ensuring that each object receives the time it deserves.

Dispatch times depend on the product:
Cushions: up to 3 weeks
Lampshades and Table Lamps: up to 4 weeks
Pendants and Wall Lights: up to 6 weeks
We email you as soon as your piece is ready to ship.
Full payment at the time of order. Production begins only once payment is confirmed.
We ship across the EU, the UK, and Switzerland, with delivery to other countries arranged individually on a case-by-case basis.
RETURNS:
Made-to-order pieces are non-returnable under Article 16 of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
Damaged or incorrect deliveries are always made right.
